Краткое описание
In this paper, a second‐order splitting method is applied to the Kuramoto–Sivashinsky equation, and then a finite Pointset method (FPM) is employed to solve the resulting coupled system. FPM is a meshfree particle method which is a local iterative procedure based on the weighted least square approximation. The numerical example confirms that the FPM is effective and accurate for this kind of problem.
