Abstract
Chiral RuII-PtII complexes were developed to act as G-quadruplex stabilizers in molecular crowding environments. When encapsulated with biotin-functionalized DNA cages, the nanoparticles induced telomere dysfunction and displayed significant antitumor activity against cisplatin-resistant cancer cells.
