In Part I of this paper a cluster model is proposed for the explanation of the geometrical features of diffuse intensity contours observed in electron diffraction patterns from binary substitutionally disordered systems. Part II is mainly devoted to the application of the model to some particular system. In this paper the cluster model is extended to multicomponent systems and to non-primitive lattices. It is furthermore shown that for binary systems the goodness of any particular cluster relation can be evaluated with the aid of the SRO parameters and that the predominant cluster relation can be derived from an eigenvalue problem. Applications are given. Im ersten Teil dieser Arbeit wurde ein Clustermodell fur die Erklarung der geometrischen Zuge der diffusen Intensitatskonturen vorgeschlagen, die in den Elektronenbeugungsbildern binarer substitutionsfehlgeordneter Systeme beobachtet werden. Der zweite Teil behandelte die Anwendung des Modells auf einige spezielle Systems. In dieser Arbeit wird das Clustermodell auf Vielkomponentensysteme und auf nichtprimitive Gitter ausgedehnt. Daruberhinaus wird gezeigt, das fur binare Systeme die Qualitat irgendeiner speziellen Clusterbeziehung mit Hilfe der SRO-Parameter berechnet werden kann, und das die vorherrschende Clusterbeziehung aus einem Eigenwertproblem abgeleitet werden kann. Anwendungen werden angegeben.
