Abstract
Experimental evidence is presented for the existence of the so-called AABB structure in substitutionally ordered alloys. This structure was predicted on theoretical grounds, but hitherto never observed. A combined use of selected area electron diffraction and dark-field electron microscopy is required to distinguish the AABB phase from the structurally related DO22 phase.
Es werden Hinweise fur die Existenz der sogenannten AABB-Struktur in substitutionell geordneten Legierugen angegeben. Diese Struktur ist aus theoretischen Grunden vorhergesagt, jedoch bis jetzt nicht beobachtet worden. Mittels kombinierter Elektronenbeugung ausgewahlter Flachen und Dunkelfeld-Elektronenmikroskopie wird die AABB-Phase von der strukturell verknupften DO22-Phase unterschieden.
