Abstract
The contents include the general introduction of s-triazine, followed by the synthetic stragies employed for the synthesis of s-triazine core. The pharmacology of the literature (2016–2020) with the special emphasis to SAR has been discussed. The pharmacology section is further divided into 6 subsections depending on the target activity. Finally we have given a list of patents for better understanding of this moiety.
