Abstract
Auf der Basis aktueller Entwicklungen, unter Einbezug systemischer Denkweise und in Anlehnung an die Konzeption von Strategien zur Beeinflussung der Mitarbeitergesundheit nach Wegge, Shemla und Haslam (2014) werden Führungskräften konkrete praktische Handlungswege aufgezeigt, „Gesunde Führung“ im Unternehmen aktiv zu leben.
