The outcome from the agriculture sector is an important source of income for the people in India. Accelerating agricultural development, especially in rural areas, it is required to integrate agriculture with technology. The proper integration of technology with the agricultural method results in high income and better productivity. Due to the implementation of technology in agriculture, the method to perform tasks by the farmers will be easy. As a result, farmers will spend less time on their agriculture with the enhanced outcome. Choosing the best way to irrigate the farm is the only solution to save money. Generally, farmers use external source-operated pumps attached to the hand pump to lift water from underground for their irrigation purposes. They use petrol, diesel, or kerosene-operated pumps. With reference to availability and cost, pumps using external sources are not economical. To solve this issue, a new irrigation method has been explained in this work. The presented work is a Pendulum-operated irrigation system, which works without any external sources. The designed model is required to be attached to the hand pump. By applying small effort on the pendulum, the plunger rod of the hand pump will move up and down to lift water from underground.
