Abstract
The review summarizes the results of our studies on the synthesis of cross-conjugated cyclopentenone prostaglandins and their analogs. The data on the cytotoxicity of selected 16-(3-chlorophenoxy) derivatives and exo-methylidene bioisosteres of cross-conjugated cyclopentenone prostaglandins are presented.
