Abstract
With the development of the Internet of things, the product of emerging technology - smart home was born. Smart home system is one of the most typical applications of the Internet of things. With the rise of science and technology and the development of society, the pace of life and work is accelerating, and the problem of sleep is becoming more and more serious. In this paper, an smart home system is designed based on the three-layer architecture of the Internet of things, which realizes the functions of environmental monitoring and home appliance control for the sleep environment. In addition, the facial expression recognition function is added. The system can judge the user's mood and automatically play corresponding music, so as to improve the user's mood and promote the quality of sleep. In the design process, according to the basic theory and user needs, with the users as the core, data is formed through the physical environment and user emotions to guide the adjustment of various components in the environment. It is of practical significance to connect people, environment and household to form an organic environment system that is conducive to the users' sleep and provide some effects for people's sleep.
