Abstract
Precisely constructing TiO2 nanocrystals poses significant challenges. In this work, online spectral analysis for TiO2 nanocrystals under laser was proposed. In the complex spectral data, the wavelength dependence analysis was performed. Effective signals at 824 nm, 884 nm, 918 nm and 995 nm were extracted. 824 nm and 1100 nm revealed the size evolution; 884 nm, 918 nm, 995 nm, and 3300 cm−1 revealed the nanocrystals evolution, intermediate grouping, and structural features. Additionally, preliminary particle size correlation of TiO2 was described. This work demonstrates a valuable way for TiO2 nanocrystals construction with the use of online spectral analysis.
