Abstract
For dense sintered ceramic samples of Na2Zr2SiP2O12 and Na3Zr2Si2PO12 the ionic conductivities were measured between 20 and 460°C, and the crystal structures were refined at 25 and 300°C. The Na3Zr2Si2PO12 phase at 300°C has the highest ionic conductivity and is the only one of those studied here where the pathway from Na(1) to Na(2) is the widest and where the Na(2) site has a higher relative occupancy than the Na(1) site.
