Abstract
Abstract A method for determining the localization of charges on a solid surface using polyelectrolyte microcapsules has been developed. Two types of fluorescently-labeled microcapsules were obtained: with positive and negative surface charge. The localization of charges on the surface of samples of titanium and mica was determined. It is established that the surface of mica and titanium are predominantly negative charge.
