Abstract
Pb2.85Ba2.15Fe4SnO13, a new n ¼5 member of the anion-deficient perovskite based AnBnO3n� 2 (A¼ Pb, Ba, B¼ Fe, Sn) homologous series, was synthesized by the solid state method. The crystal structure of Pb2.85Ba2.15Fe4SnO13 was investigated using a combination of neutron powder diffraction, electron diffraction, high angle annular dark field scanning transmission electron microscopy and M ¨ ossbauer
