Home Treatment (HT) ermöglicht als wirksame Alternative zur stationären Behandlung für Menschen mit akuten psychischen Erkrankungen alltagsnahe Behandlungen durch ein multiprofessionelles Team und eine kontinuierliche Betreuung im gewohnten Umfeld.
Wie wird eine neue Perspektive eingebracht?
Differenzierte Vorteile und Herausforderungen aus Sicht von Patient_innen und Mitarbeitenden werden beleuchtet.
Was sind die Auswirkungen auf die Praxis?
Eine Reflektion über die enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und Indikationskriterien für die nachhaltige Implementierung von HT wird angeregt.
