Abstract
Zusammenfassung
Das Fuchs-Syndrom wird auch als die Schleimhautvariante eines Erythema exsudativum multiforme majus bezeichnet. Auslöser können Medikamente, Impfungen oder Infektionen sein 1 2 3 4. Wir berichten über einen sonst gesunden 22-jährigen Patienten mit ausgeprägter erosiver Konjunktivitis, Stomatitis und Urethritis, der zudem einzelne atypische Kokarden aufwies. Aufgrund der möglichen Residuen der Erkrankung ist eine konsequente sofortige interdisziplinäre Therapie notwendig.
