Aiming at the problems of insufficient informatization and intelligence in the grain, oil, and food industries, the difficulty of monitoring the data of the long whole supply chain, and the lack of informatization talents, this paper takes the rice supply chain as a typical object and organically integrates the industrial Internet logo resolution technology and digital twin technology together. By establishing a digital bridge between the physical object and the information system, proposing a digital twin architecture containing the physical layer, the network layer and the twin layer, forming a data circulation and sharing foundation based on the industrial Internet, clarifying the key model of the twin architecture, proposing a functional module design concept based on the scene control system and the three-dimensional visualization platform, and focusing on the practical training evaluation model based on a one-dimensional convolutional neural network, which provides the ability to provide a basic hands-on training platform for scientific research on the quality and safety of the entire supply chain of food, oil and foodstuffs, the digital upgrading of the industry, and the training of talents in marking and resolving.
