Abstract
A solution-processed memristor matrix, with patterned top electrodes and a common organic active layer, is demonstrated to enable inter-device interaction in a synchronous and controlled manner. The read currents of the stimulated memristor and its adjacent devices exhibit spatiotemporal coupling depending on the programming signal, arising from the ion redistribution effect which is manifested by the electrochromic feature. The behavior of the matrix can emulate clustered synaptic plasticity, which may initiate a paradigm for synaptic devices.
