Polarized fluorescence in NADH in water/methanol solutions upon excitation with femtosecond laser pulses

Publication typeProceedings Article
Publication date2020-11-02
Abstract
We studied polarized fluorescence in biological coenzyme NADH in water-methanol solutions of various viscosity and polarity upon two-photon excitation with femtosecond laser pulses at 720 nm. Polarization anisotropy, fluorescence lifetimes, and rotational diffusion times have been determined. The results obtained are compared with the results reported elsewhere.
