Abstract
Nanoparticles offer a variety of potentially effective solutions for the development of agents for targeted therapy and early diagnosis of cancer. Here we studied the biodistribution and tumor uptake of a wide range of nanoparticles to achieve their proper in vivo performance using a number of techniques such as optical imaging, inductively coupled plasma - optical emission spectrometry, and magnetic particle quantification method.
