Abstract
Analysis of multicellular spheroids regeneration and fusion process was performed. The energy of laser pulses of microdissection for soft spheroids was less than for stiff, softer spheroids fused 1 day faster than stiff. Reparative processes after microdissection occurred gradually over seven days. Cell spheroids fusion is not entirely captured with the models based on the coalescence of liquid drops.
