Abstract
We consider all-dielectric quasicrystal structures with magnetic response. We construct a quasicrystal structure with octagonal symmetry and calculate the distribution of the electromagnetic field in the TE polarization. The metamaterial regime is determined by the appearance of a homogeneous mode, which is typical for this regime.
