Angular Pinning of Accidental Bound State in the Continuum

Abstract
We consider an all-dielectric metasurface consisting of spheres packed in a sub-wavelength two dimensional lattice, which are polarized purely as single multipoles. We explain occurrence of accidental BIC in these systems and demonstrate an angular pinning of BIC.
