Dual-function radar and communication (DFRC) is an efficient technology to solve spectrum congestion. This letter deals with waveform design of DFRC to reduce multi-user interference of multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) communication and meanwhile improve target detectability of MIMO radar embedded in clutter environment. In order to achieve a flexible trade-off between radar and communication performance, we consider a weighted optimization scheme with constant modulus constraint. Moreover, to tackle this waveform design problem, we introduce a low-complexity coordinate descent-Dinkelbatch (CD-D) iteration algorithm which can split high-dimensional problem into multiple one-dimensional problems with closed-form solution. Finally, numerical results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed waveform design scheme.
