Abstract
The sorption of sulfanilamides (SA) from aqueous solutions on highly cross-linked polystyrene (HCPS) was investigated under static and dynamic conditions in dependence on the time of phases contact, solution pH, concentration, and SA nature. It was found that the SA sorption is described by the Langmuir equation. It was shown that HCPS could be used for the group sorption concentration of SA.
