Abstract
真核生物の細胞内には,膜で覆われた細胞内小器官(オルガネラ)が幾種も存在し,それぞれのオルガネラは細胞生育において必須な役割を果たしている.出芽酵母を用いた近年の研究から,細胞分裂時において,核/染色体のみならず,オルガネラも積極的に娘細胞へと分配されており,かつ,オルガネラ分配は細胞生育において重要であることが示されている.さらに,多くの真核生物においては,細胞分裂時に核膜の崩壊と同様に,ゴルジ体の構造が劇的に変化することから,細胞分裂時におけるオルガネラ分配制御は種を超えて存在することが強く示唆される.本稿においては,近年急速に理解が進んできた酵母におけるオルガネラ分配の分子機構を中心に解説する.
