HUBUNGAN BIG FIVE PERSONALITY DAN SCHOOL ADJUSTMENT DENGAN AGRESIVITAS SISWA TERHADAP GURU

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan big five personality dan school adjustment dengan agresivitas siswa terhadap guru. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 66 siswa kelas XI-IPA dari SMA 6 Semarang. Pengambilan data menggunakan Big Five Inventory, Skala School Adjustment, dan Skala Agresivitas. Pengujian hipotesis mayor menggunakan teknik analisis berganda. Sementara itu, pengujian hipotesis minor menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara Agreeableness dan school adjustment (0.021; p<0.05) dengan agresivitas. Sementara itu, hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara Openness (0.204; p>0.05), Conscientiousness (0.933; p>0.05), Extraversion (0.946; p>0.05), Neuroticism (0.306; p>0.05) dan school adjustment terhadap agresivitas.  Abstract This research aimed to examine the relationship between big five personality and school adjustment with student’s aggression towards teacher. Subject of this research is 66 students from XI-IPA class from SMA 6 Semarang. This research used Big Five Inventory, School Adjustment Scale, and Aggression Scale. Major hypotheses analysed using multiple regression. Meanwhile, minor hypotheses analysed using product moment correlation. The result showed that there is a relationship between Agreeableness and school adjustment (0.021; p<0.05) with student’s aggression towards teacher. Meanwhile, there is no relationship between (0.204; p>0.05), Conscientiousness (0.933; p>0.05), Extraversion (0.946; p>0.05), Neuroticism (0.306; p>0.05) and school adjustment with student’s aggression towards teacher.
