In this paper, new heterocyclic compounds (oxazepine) have been synthesized by cycloaddition reaction. Novel Schiff bases were prepared by the reaction of guanine with isatine, and different of aldehyde compounds in acidic media and by using the absolute ethyl alcohol as a solvent. The synthesis compounds were detected by their physical properties. The mechanism of Schiff base derivatives [N1-N4] was involved a nucleophilic reaction of equal mole from guanine compound and the carbonyl compounds (electrophile) then the reaction proceeds under condensation reaction by loss of water molecules. The oxazepine compounds [N5-N12] were derived from the reaction of the synthetic Schiff bases (imine-group) with phthalic anhydride and malice anhydride respectively in presence of benzene and under the condition reaction of pericyclic synthesis. Spectroscopy of prepared compounds studied and characterization by using of Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and Proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1-HNMR) spectrophotometers technology.
