Abstract
Полупроводниковые нанокристаллы (квантовые точки, КТ) обладают уникальными фотофизическими свойствами, что открывает широкие возможности их прикладного использования в методах и инструментах современной фотоники. В данной статье рассматриваются возможные приложения КТ. Обсуждаются как существующие устройства, так и перспективы разработки новых методов и приборов фотоники. Рассмотрены инновационные подходы применения КТ в различных областях современных фотонных технологий: оптоэлектронике, биофизике, квантовой оптике, сенсорике, фотовольтаике.
