Activation of Cultured Skin for Transplantation by Photobiomodulation

Abstract
皮膚が広範囲に不可逆的な損傷を受けると,移植による治療が必要である.血管網を含む培養皮膚は,移植後早期に血流再開が得られ,新たな移植用皮膚として有望である.しかし,厚い皮膚には培地が供給されにくく,培養中に活性が低下してしまう.この問題を解決するために,我々はphotobiomodulation(PBM)を応用することにした.本稿では,我々が開発を進めている培養皮膚モデルについて紹介し,そのうえで発光ダイオード(light-emitting diode: LED)アレイを用いたPBMによる培養皮膚の活性化の検討について解説する.
