Abstract
Массивы квантовых точек (QD), т.е. полупроводниковых наночастиц с типичными размерами 3—10 нм, перестали быть объектом только научных исследований и стали использоваться в электронных приборах. Привлекательность квантовых точек определяется в основном их оптическими свойствами, зависящими от размера QD. В обзоре рассмотрены электронные свойства таких массивов. Во многом эти свойства наследуют свойства объёмных полупроводников, но в ряде случаев существенно отличаются из-за дискретности размеров и специфического беспорядка в массиве: различия по размерам и расстоянию между QD, а также количеству доноров. В частности, переход металл--диэлектрик в таких массивах происходит при намного большей концентрации доноров, нежели в объёмном материале, а характер прыжковой проводимости в диэлектрической фазе существенно зависит от типа беспорядка, эффектов квантового конфайнмента, кулоновской блокады, интеграла перекрытия между точками.
