Psychological Factors in the Development of Cardiovascular Diseases at Different stages of Life

Цель исследования: изучение психологических факторов, влияющих на риск возникновения сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний при разных условиях.Методы исследования: естественный эксперимент, близнецовый метод. Были изучены две выборки испытуемых, соответствующих разным условиям:1) 100 пар монозиготных близнецов, уже завершивших жизненный путь, среди которых было 16 пар, в которых один из близнецов умер от острой формы сердечно-сосудистого заболевания во взрослом возрасте;2) 254 человека старше 70 лет, страдающих хроническим сердечно-сосудистым заболеванием, из которых 15 человек умерли в течение 1 года после обследования. У всех испытуемых были изучены особенности жизненного пути и личности или с помощью анкетирования, или посредством опроса родственников. Результаты: развитие острых форм сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний во взрослом возрасте связано с особенностями поведения типа А (целеволевые качества личности, общительность, наличие детей). Прогрессирование хронического заболевания в пенсионном возрасте усиливали нездоровый образ жизни и вредные привычки. Развитие смертельных форм хронического заболевания в пожилом возрасте: риск усиливался при слишком низком и высоком оптимизме, а развитие целеволевых черт, общительности и карьерные достижения выступали ресурсом, снижающим риск.

Abstractthe aim of the study was to study the psychological factors that affect the risk of cardiovascular disease under different conditions. Research methods: natural experiment, twin method. We studied two samples of subjects corresponding to different conditions: 1) 100 pairs of monozygotic twins who had already completed their life journey, among whom there were 16 pairs in which one of the twins died of an acute form of cardiovascular disease in adulthood, 2) 254 people older 70 years old suffering from chronic cardiovascular disease, of which 15 people died within 1 year after the examination. all subjects examined the characteristics of their life paths and personality either bymeans of questionnaires or by interviewing relatives. Results: the development of acute forms of cardiovascular disease in adulthood is associated with the characteristics of type a behavior (goal-oriented personality traits, sociability, the presence of children). Progression of a chronic disease in retirement age was reinforced by an unhealthy lifestyle and bad habits. the development of fatal forms of a chronic disease in old age: the risk increased with too low and high optimism, and the development of goal-oriented traits, sociability, and career achievements were a resource that reduced risk.
