Abstract
This paper reviews the transformation of labor motivation in the conditions of digital economy development as a factor in the formation of new forms of human capital. It is shown that in the context of digitalization, it is necessary to create conditions for the formation of an employeeinnovator; changes in the competencies and skills of the mentor and student, the development of online educational technologies; an increase in the value of a personal brand; a significant improvement in the state of human capital/potential and an increase in the level of digitalization of domestic science.
