Abstract
韓国政府は公的リバースモーゲージ（RM：Reverse Mortgage）制度を2007年までに導入することを決定した。したがって，本研究では最近急速な高齢化の進展により生活資金の不足によって老後生活に困っている高齢者に老後生活資金の提供のために考案されたリバースモーゲージ制度を韓国において定着させると同時に，民営リバースモーゲージ制度を活性化させるための方案を提案した。このためにまず，リバースモーゲージ制度の概念について考察し，アメリカ及び韓国のリバースモーゲージ制度の意義，商品，市場動向等を検討した。さらに韓国の公的リバースモーゲージの導入案について分析し，韓国の民営金融機関の立場から公的リバースモーゲージと共に民営リバースモーゲージを活性化させる方案を提案した。
