Research Laboratory for Synthesis and Analysis of Thin-film Systems
Kazan Federal University
The laboratory carries out work on the synthesis and analysis of thin-film heterostructures from “antagonistic” materials such as ferromagnetic and superconducting metals, metals and dielectrics, semiconductors. At the same time, the laboratory is working on the production of high-temperature magnetic semiconductors based on oxides, in particular zinc oxide and titanium dioxide with an admixture of 3d transition elements for applications in the field of magnetic optical and spin electronics (spintronics). Work is underway on the synthesis of plasmonic metamaterials based on metal nitrides to control subwavelength optical fields.

Laboratory of Spin Phenomena in superconducting nanostructures and Devices
Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology
The laboratory is engaged in theoretical and experimental studies of fundamental spin effects and fundamentally new possibilities for using the spin degree of freedom of an electron and collective excitations of a magnet as an information carrier and a basic element of logic devices. The focus of our laboratory's research is on low-dissipative effects, which should form the fundamental basis for the development of future energy-efficient quantum, digital and neuromorphic technologies
