Laboratory of Nucleic Acid Chemistry, Department of Chemistry of Natural Compounds, Faculty of Chemistry
Lomonosov Moscow State University
GottikhLab unites employees and students of various departments of Lomonosov Moscow State University, who study the features of virus replication, the interaction of viral and cellular proteins, and also try to transform this knowledge into new approaches to the control of viral infections. The main targets are HIV-1 and SARS-CoV-2.

CCP MICROS. COLLECTION OF MICROORGANISMS OF THE PASTEUR RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF EPIDEMIOLOGY AND MICROBIOLOGY
Saint-Petersburg Pasteur Institute
The COLLECTION OF MICROORGANISMS OF THE PASTEUR Research Institute OF EPIDEMIOLOGY AND MICROBIOLOGY of the Pasteur Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology has been collecting, studying the properties and storing pathogenic microorganisms since the 70s of the twentieth century. The collection represents a highly valuable conserved gene pool of microorganisms isolated by employees of microbiological and virological laboratories. The Micros Collective Use Center is based on the Pasteur Research Institute of Microbiology and Epidemiology. The laboratories included in the structure have modern high-precision equipment and qualified personnel for the collection, identification and collection of strains of microorganisms of 3 and 4 pathogenicity groups.

Laboratory of Experimental Virology
Institute of Chemical Biology and Fundamental Medicine of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences
The laboratory was established in 2022 as part of the national project "Science and Universities". The main research area of the laboratory is the study of oncolytic viruses as agents for virotherapy of oncological diseases and the development of an antitumor oncolytic drug based on viruses. Currently, the laboratory focuses on the study of oncolytic strains of the genus Orthoavulavirus, namely, the Newcastle disease virus. A significant place in the laboratory's research is devoted to establishing the mechanisms of oncolytic action of viruses - their direct cytotoxic effect on tumor cells and indirect antitumor immunomodulatory effect, as well as possible antiangiogenic effects of virotherapy.
