Dear colleagues!

We are glad to inform you that on September 18-22, 2023 in Ufa, Russia, the 16th International Conference "Gas Discharge Plasma and Their Applications" will be held (GDPA-2023)

Since 1984, the Conference, initiated by Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences G.A. Mesyats, is traditionally held every two years in Russia. It’s a scientific event that highlights the achievements and problematic issues in the field of gas discharge physics and the technological application of low-temperature plasma. The two previous events were held in 2019 in Tomsk (http://gdp2019.hcei.tsc.ru) and in 2021 in Yekaterinburg (https://gdp2021.uran.ru/).

The five-day conference will bring together experts from different countries and organizations who will be given a great opportunity to share their knowledge. The scientific sessions of the conference will be held in the conference halls of the Ufa University of Science and Technology (address: Ufa, K. Marx str., 12). At the four sections that make up the conference program, oral and poster presentations will be presented to the attention of experts and specialists. These sections will highlight the most advanced results within the declared thematic areas. Participation in the conference with the presentation of the report is a prerequisite for the manuscript publication in the collection of full-text conference articles.
