Oscillatory behavior of semi-canonical third-order delay differental equations with a superlinear neutral term
Vidhyaa K.S., Deepalakshmi R., Graef J., Thandapani E.
A class of third-order semi-canonical differential equations with a
superlinear neutral term of the type (a(t)[(b(t)(x(t) + p(t)x?(?
(t))?)?]?)? + q(t)x?(?(t)) = 0 is considered. Some oscillation conditions
are presented which are new in form and complement those already reported in
the literature. Some examples illustrating the main results are provided.

Sharp double-exponent type bounds for the lemniscate sine function
Zhao T., Wang M.
In this paper, we will establish sharp inequalities of the lemniscate sine
function and the so-called weighted (p,q)-exponential type function, of
which the latter is an extension of the weighted H?lder mean. These results
provide a systematic method for the previous obtained inequalities and give
great improvements for bounds of the lemniscate sine function. As
applications, several high accuracy approximations for the lemniscate sine
function are also derived.
Q2

Laplace transform of analytic composite functions via Bell’s polynomials
Ricci P., Caratelli D., Natalini P.
Bell polynomials have already been used in many different fields, ranging
from number theory to operator theory. Here another application in Laplace
Transform (LT) theory is shown, describing a method for computing the LT of
nested functions. A table containing the first few values of complete Bell
polynomials is shown, and a program for deriving the next ones is given. A
program for approximating the Laplace Transform of composed analytic
functions is also presented.
Q2

Comparison inequalities between polynomials with constraints on their zeros
Mir A., Hussain A.
The goal of this paper is to obtain some comparison inequalities for a linear
operator between polynomials in the plane. The polynomials under study have
constraints on their zeros and the estimates obtained turn out to be
generalizations of many classical inequalities for polynomials, including
the well known Erd?s-Lax inequality and inequality of the Ankeny-Rivlin
theorem.

Smooth squared, triangular, and hexagonal bargraphs
Mansour T.
In this paper, we find an explicit formula for the generating function for
the number of smooth squared (triangular, hexagonal) bargraphs according to
the perimeter and number of columns. In particular, we show that the number
of smooth squared, triangular, and hexagonal bargraphs with perimeter 2n
(resp. n, 2n) is asymptotic to csr1?ns/??n3 (resp. ctr1?nt/??n3, ch/??n3?2n+2 ), where rs = 1+ 3?181+24?78/12 ? 23/12 3?181+24?78, rt
is the smallest positive root of the polynomial
p16?2p14+p12?2p11?2p10+2p9+4p8?5p6?2p5+p4?2p3?2p2+1 and cs, ct are two
constants, as n ? ?.
Q2

Asymptotic expansions of stable, stabilizable and stabilized means with applications
Mihokovic L.
In this paper we present a complete asymptotic expansion of a symmetric
homogeneous stable (balanced), stabilizable and stabilized mean. By
including known asymptotic expansions of parametric means it is shown how
the obtained coefficients are used to solve the problem of identifying
stable means within classes of parametric means under consideration, how to
disprove some mean is stabilizable or stabilized and how to obtain best
possible parameters such that given mean is sub-stabilizable with a pair of
parametric means.

Vertex-degree-based topological indices of arbitrary sets of hexagons in the regular hexagonal grid
Comic L., Ralevic N.
Vertex-degree-based indices have been widely used for describing and
predicting physical, chemical and biological properties of molecules. They
are expressed through the numbers mi,j of the edges connecting the vertices
of degrees i and j. We generalize some known formulae for mi,j from graphs
defined by simply connected sets of hexagons to those defined by sets of
arbitrary topology in the regular hexagonal grid. We compute the most
commonly used indices for three families of graphs in this grid.
Q2

Analytical and asymptotic representations for two sequence related to Gauss’ lemniscate functions
Han X., Chen C., Srivastava H.M.
Let the sequences Gn and gn be defined by Gn := ?10 dt/(1?t2n)1/n (n ? 2)
and gn := ??0 dt/(1 + t2n)1/n (n ? 1). In this paper, we first derive
analytical representations for these two sequences Gn and gn in terms of the
gamma function. By using the obtained analytical representations, we then
deduce asymptotic expansions for Gn and gn.
Q2

A new class of generalized Fubini polynomials and their computational algorithms
Kilar N.
The aim of this paper is to give many new and elegant formulas for a new
class of generalized Fubini polynomials with the aid of generating functions
and their functional equations. By using these formulas, some computational
algorithms involving a new class of generalized Fubini polynomials and
special polynomials and numbers are constructed. Using these algorithms,
some values of these numbers and polynomials are computed. Finally, some
remarks and observations on the results of this paper are presented.
Q2

Four types of variant Euler harmonic sums
Batır N., Choi J.
We aim to investigate the four types of variant Euler harmonic sums. Also, as
corollaries, we provide particular examples of our core findings, some of
whose further instances are evaluated in terms of basic and well-known
functions as well as certain mathematical constants. We explore relevant
linkages between our results and those of other previously established
studies. An examination of a specific case of one result shows a
relationship to series involving zeta functions, which is also a popular
area of research.
Q2

The constructor-blocker game
Patkós B., Stojakovic M., Vizer M.
Given two graphs F and H, Constructor and Blocker alternately claim unclaimed
edges of the complete graph Kn. Constructor?s graph must remain F-free,
while Blocker claims edges without restrictions. The game ends when
Constructor cannot claim further edges or when all edges have been claimed.
The score of the game is the number of H?s in Constructor?s graph.
Constructor?s aim is to maximize the score, while Blocker tries to minimize
it. We study this game for several choices of F and H.
Q2

Series expansions for powers of sinc function and closed-form expressions for specific partial bell polynomials
Qi F., Taylor P.
In the paper, with the aid of the Fa? di Bruno formula, in terms of the
central factorial numbers and the Stirling numbers of the second kinds, the
authors derive several series expansions for any positive integer powers of
the sinc and sinhc functions, discover several closed-form expressions for
partial Bell polynomials of all derivatives of the sinc function, establish
several series expansions for any real powers of the sinc and sinhc
functions, and present several identities for central factorial numbers of
the second kind and for the Stirling numbers of the second kind.
Q2

Existence and multiplicity for fractional Dirichlet problem with γ(ξ)-Laplacian equation and Nehari manifold
da C. Sousa V., Oliveira D.S., Agarwal R.
This paper is divided in two parts. In the first part, we prove coercivity
results and minimization of the Euler energy functional. In the second part,
we focus on the existence and multiplicity of a positive solution of
fractional Dirichlet problem involving the ?(?)-Laplacian equation with
non-negative weight functions in H?,?;? ?(?) (?,R) using some variational
techniques and Nehari manifold.
Q2

Weighted Hermite-Hadamard-type inequalities for generalizations of Steffensen’s inequality via the extension of Mongomery identity
Pecaric J., Perusic-Pribanic A., Smoljak-Kalamir K.
In this paper, we obtain some new weighted Hermite-Hadamard-type inequalities
which involve generalizations of Steffensen?s inequality obtained by using
the extension of Montgomery identity via Taylor?s formula. Further, we show
that by using the extension of Montgomery identity via Fink?s identity we
can obtain some other weighted Hermite-Hadamard-type inequalities.
Q2

Application of the fink identity to Jensen-type inequalities for higher order convex functions
Bosnjak M., Krnic M., Pecaric J.
The focus of this paper is the application of the Fink identity in obtaining
Jensen-type inequalities for higher order convex functions. In addition to
the basic form, we establish superadditivity and monotonicity relations that
correspond to the Jensen inequality in this setting. We also obtain the
corresponding Lah-Ribaric inequality. The obtained results are valid for
functions of even degree of convexity. With this method, we derive some new
bounds for the differences of power means, as well as some new H?lder-type
inequalities
