The purpose of the laboratory's scientific research is to create new mathematical models, methods, algorithms and tools using machine learning and computer vision systems to build intelligent learning systems and simulator complexes.

- Synthesis of systems for constructing three-dimensional objects obtained by analyzing multidimensional data simulating a background-target environment in training systems for various purposes.

- Development of machine learning methods, neural network architectures and learning performance monitoring systems for monitoring operator actions.

- Automatic recognition, classification and identification of objects of various nature and shape based on the analysis of multidimensional data.

- Development of methods and algorithms for primary data processing in order to improve their visual quality in real or near real time.
