The aim is a systematic study of the mutual influence of the philosophical traditions of Russia and the countries of Western Europe, Latin and North America. A special place in the Academy's research program is occupied by the study of Immanuel Kant's ideas and their perception in Russia, the history of Russian neo-Kantianism and its influence on Western thought, the Enlightenment project and its reactualization in the XXI century.
