Research directions
Laser engineering of microbial systems and the expansion of its fields of application

The project solves problems related to the development of laser microsampling technology. As a result, a highly mobile compact system of a new generation will be created for laser isolation (screening) and manipulation of pure microbial cultures in laboratories of specialized scientific organizations; the possibility of implementing a method of laser engineering of microbial systems without an absorbing metal layer on a donor plate using femtosecond laser radiation will be investigated; technology for delicate laser transfer of large cell consortia will be developed; parameters of pulse pressures acting on living systems during their transfer to LIMS systems without an absorbing layer; the influence of metal nanoparticles of the absorbing layer of the donor substrate on the development of microbiological systems and on the diversity of cultured bacteria has been determined.
