The main scientific direction of the laboratory is related to the development of organic semiconductor materials based on conjugated oligomers and polymers of the donor-acceptor type, which have effective absorption of sunlight, high charge mobility, high resistance to thermal, photo- and electrochemical influences and other complex properties necessary to create highly efficient lightweight and flexible organic solar cells. The laboratory's related research areas include the development of functional materials and devices based on them for organic and hybrid optoelectronics, medicine, photonics, agriculture, etc.
