Research directions
Formation of laser-induced graphene with variable parameters for use in electronics and optoelectronics

The aim of this project is to form leagues with variable parameters (thickness, degree of hydrophilicity of the surface, electrical conductivity, concentration and mobility of charge carriers, conversion coefficient of laser power into photocurrent in a wide range of wavelengths) using continuous long-wave CO2 (wavelength 10.6 microns) and short-wave pulsed periodic diode lasers (wavelength 0.45 microns) for the development and creation of various elements of electronics and optoelectronics with improved characteristics.
