State assignment of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation No. 075-00826-23-02 dated 03.10.2023 on the scientific project "Development of tools for combining promising economic activities of Russian regions to ensure sustainable development of exports and imports with countries of Asia, Africa, Latin America" (FSSR-2023-0003). Project implementation period: October 2023 – December 2025. The aim of the project is to form ideas about successful models of trade and economic cooperation (primarily Chinese) and to develop a scientific and methodological concept of "smart coupling", which allows identifying types of economic activities (industries) in Russian regions with the potential for trade and economic cooperation with foreign countries, with an understanding of the final products, technologies and services for export and import.
