The laboratory is engaged in the synthesis of various functional and structural materials: Directions of the laboratory: - Ultra-high temperature ceramics (carbides, borides, oxides of refractory metals, as well as composites based on them); - Gas sensors (chemoresistive/MOS-gas sensors based on semiconductor metal oxides); - Alternative energy (TTE, supercapacitors); - Optics (electro- and thermochromic coatings);
