Abstract
A new approach to the synthesis of organic ligands of asialoglycoprotein receptor was suggested. It was shown that the azido-containing tervalent N-acetylglucosamine and N-acetyl-mannosamine derivatives obtained by this method can serve as convenient starting compounds for the synthesis of therapeutical conjugates with oligonucleotides containing a terminal alkyne.
