Abstract
GRAPHICAL ABSTRACT Abstract Novel cyclic phosphino amino pyridines and their mono- and binuclear Ni(II), Cu(I), and Au(I) complexes have been obtained. It has been shown that catalytic activity of the nickel-(II) complexes in electrochemical hydrogen evolution is comparable to the best catalytic systems described to date. Novel “butterfly” type copper(I) complexes show a phosphorescent nature of emission with a lifetimes in a microsecond domain.
