Abstract
Potential applications of cold hybrid plasma for polymeric materials biocompatibility improvement is considered. Oxygen plasma was generated in the special plasma chemical reactor of hybrid type [1] by joint action of a continuous or intermittent electron beam and RF-gas discharge on gaseous media at moderate pressures (0.1-10 Torr).
