Abstract
New zinc (II) coordination compounds with benzylmalonic [Zn(Bzmal)(EtOH)(H2O)]n (1) and cyclobutane-1,1-dicarboxylic {[Zn4(Cbdc)4(H2O)4]·2.5H2O}n (2) acid anions are prepared and structurally characterized. The obtained compounds are characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, single crystal XRD, and powder XRD. It is shown that compounds 1 (CCDC No. 2086355) and 2 (CCDC No. 2086356) are 2D and 1D coordination polymers, respectively.
