Abstract
A study is made of the effect the aperture and the number of electrode pairs of an interdigital transducer (IDT) have on the characteristics of acoustic signals A1 and SH1 excited in a LiNbO3YX-plate. The obtained dependences of signal intensity on the experimental parameters demonstrate the possibility of miniaturizing integrated sensors consisting of a array of sensors based on delay lines or single IDT resonators.
