Educational and Scientific Laboratory of Chemistry and Technology of Biologically Active Compounds and Immunochemistry
MIREA — Russian Technological University
The laboratory conducts research in the field of development, synthesis and study of a new class of therapeutic agents – antibody drug conjugates (ADC), which perform an important function – the delivery of a powerful cytotoxic agent to tumor cells with minimal damage to healthy tissues. The laboratory develops antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for targeted delivery of chemotherapy drugs in the treatment of oncological diseases. Linkers binding monoclonal antibodies to a chemical agent or natural chloride are being developed. The study of biological and chemical properties of new pharmaceutical substances in the laboratory.
